Because of product nature, all sales are final once shipped.
Damaged or defective items
If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact support and we'll open a carrier claim.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Email support with your order number.
